Fees and Payment Policies
Payment is due at the beginning of each session; I accept HSA cards, checks, credit or debit card in session.

My therapy services are often covered by insurance as an "out of network" provider. Please note: not all insurance plans cover mental health or telehealth services and I recommend that you contact your insurance company and ask if my specific services are covered on an 'out of network' basis prior to our first appointment. To aid in your reimbursement, I either provide a statement for clients for submitting to their insurance company for reimbursement or I may electronically submit your claim directly to your insurance company. Even if seeking out of network insurance reimbursement, clients are responsible for providing payment at the beginning of each session. If you have questions about this process, I'm very happy to discuss with you.
Currently, I'm in network with Premera and some First Choice plans. If you carry insurance by either of these, I may be an "in network" provider for your plan. Not all insurance plans cover mental health services. Please contact your insurance to determine a) if you plan covers mental health services by a LMHC - licensed mental health counselor, b) determine copay and coinsurances, c) any current unmet deductible d) any limits to therapy (including number of sessions covered) and e) coverage for tele-health appointments. Any session fees not covered by in network insurance are the responsibility of the client and due at the time of service.
